Spawners
Spawners on Artemis PvP, a Cosmic-style Minecraft Factions server, are mob spawners you place in your faction base to farm mobs and raise your faction's wealth. There are 30 spawners in 7 rarities, from Simple to Heroic.
How spawners work
- Spawners only go down inside your faction's claim, and they only spawn mobs while the chunk is still claimed. A broken or unclaimed chunk stops them.
- A spawner runs while a player is within 64 blocks of it.
- Stack the same spawner on top of itself, up to 10 in one block, to save space.
- For the first 60 minutes after you place a spawner you can pick it back up for free. After that, mining it costs the amount on the spawner.
- A new spawner's faction wealth and faction points build up over 5 days, so dropping spawners just before a leaderboard update does not count in full.
- Mobs from spawners merge into one stacked mob per chunk, so a big farm stays smooth. Spam-click it to kill the stack.
- Silk-touch a natural blaze spawner in a nether fortress and it comes up as 5 spawners.

Faction wealth and faction points count toward Faction Points once the spawner has built up.

Where to get spawners
- Cosmic Chests and Lootboxes - spawners are part of their loot.
- Envoy crates and other events can drop a mystery spawner.
