Spawn NPCs
Spawn on Artemis PvP, a Cosmic-style Minecraft Factions server, has 17 NPCs - 9 different kinds. Most of them stand in two matching groups, one on each side of spawn, and the Black Market stands on its own. Right-click one to open what it runs - the shop, the enchanter, free repairs, dungeon keys, quests, duels, lootboxes, auctions and showcases.
Every NPC at spawn
Each NPC shows its name with a short label under it. Right-click it to open:

What each NPC looks like
Every NPC at spawn wears its own skin. Look for these:
Free repairs
- Right-click the Repair Bot to repair every item in your inventory for free.
- It tells you how many items it fixed. With nothing damaged you get: You have nothing that needs repairing!
- Click it again within 10 seconds and it grumbles about Tax Tim instead of repairing.
Hitting an NPC
Punch an NPC and it answers you (at most once every 3 seconds). Sometimes it tells you a fact instead - what an item sells for at the shop, or what an enchant does.
Merchant
Easy. Breaking the merchant won't lower the prices.
Enchanter
Careful. Books remember who hits the enchanter.
Repair Bot
No dents, please. I just got polished.
Dungeon Master
Save that swing for the dungeon.
Quest Master
That swing won't count toward a quest.
Duel Master
Want a real fight? Right-click and pick a duel.
Lootbox Merchant
No refunds on punches.
Black Market
Easy. Nobody here saw anything.
Showcase Manager
Show it off in your /showcase instead.
