How Raid Outpost works on Artemis PvP, and every command for it.
What you are fighting for
The Raid Outpost only opens for raids when its event starts, and the opening is announced to the whole server. This is what holding it gives your faction:

Limits:
* 15m Deathban
Rewards:
* +5% Mobs from Spawners
* +5% Outgoing PvP Damage
* +10% Outgoing PvE Damage
