Horse Racing is an event on Artemis PvP, a Cosmic-style Minecraft Factions server. It runs every 4 hours. See when it runs with /events.

Horse Racing is a betting event at the racetrack on Artemis PvP, a Cosmic-style Minecraft Factions server.
A horse race runs every 4 hours. Head to the racetrack and place your bet with the Horse Bookmaker villager - betting stays open for 10 minutes before the horses leave the gate.
Every horse has its own odds, from 1.5x up to 15x, so a long shot pays far more than the favourite. You have to be at the racetrack to bet, and big wins get announced.
Players can also ask the bookmaker to set up a race between the scheduled ones. Just do not hit the bookmaker - he will throw you out of the track.
Tired of waiting? If 2 players at the track click Vote to Start, the race begins in 15 seconds.
Placing a bet. Each race has 3 horses. Pick one in the Horse Betting menu and bet one of these amounts: $10, $100, $1,000, $10,000, $100,000.
Bookmaker manners. Hit the bookmaker 3 times and you are warned; 5 times and you are thrown out of the racetrack.
