How to get Skilling
A random Unique book costs 800 XP at the Enchanter.
Unique books drop from Envoy Unique crates. The crate rewards that give them: Random 100% Unique Book, Random Unique Book, Unique Enchantment Book.
A Random Unique Book opens into an Unique book with a success rate between 1% and 100%; a Random 100% Unique Book opens at 100%.
Every enchant book shows a success rate and a destroy rate. A book that fails can destroy the item it was dragged onto - a White Scroll stops that: Prevents an item from being destroyed due to a failed Enchantment Book.
A Black Scroll can take a random enchant off an item and turn it back into a book.
