A chance to strike lightning where you strike.
Overview
Lightning is a Simple custom enchant for bow on Artemis PvP, a Cosmic PvP-style Minecraft Factions server. It goes up to level III.

How to get Lightning
A random Simple book costs 400 XP at the Enchanter.
Simple books drop from Envoy Simple crates. The crate rewards that give them: Random 100% Simple Book, Random Simple Book, Simple Enchantment Book.
A Random Simple Book opens into a Simple book with a success rate between 1% and 100%; a Random 100% Simple Book opens at 100%.
Every enchant book shows a success rate and a destroy rate. A book that fails can destroy the item it was dragged onto - a White Scroll stops that: Prevents an item from being destroyed due to a failed Enchantment Book.
A Black Scroll can take a random enchant off an item and turn it back into a book.
