Bleed
Applies bleed stacks to enemies that decrease their movement speed.
Overview
Bleed is an Ultimate custom enchant for axe on Artemis PvP, a Cosmic PvP-style Minecraft Factions server. It goes up to level VI and triggers when you hit.

How to get Bleed
A random Ultimate book costs 5,000 XP at the Enchanter.
Ultimate books drop from Envoy Ultimate crates. The crate rewards that give them: Random 100% Ultimate Book, Random Ultimate Book, Ultimate Enchantment Book.
A Random Ultimate Book opens into an Ultimate book with a success rate between 1% and 100%; a Random 100% Ultimate Book opens at 100%.
Every enchant book shows a success rate and a destroy rate. A book that fails can destroy the item it was dragged onto - a White Scroll stops that: Prevents an item from being destroyed due to a failed Enchantment Book.
A Black Scroll can take a random enchant off an item and turn it back into a book.
It can be upgraded to Deep Bleed.
