Bewitched Hex
Once a target is affected with Bewitched Hex, a portion of all their outgoing damage is reduced. When attacked, they receives extra damage.
Overview
Bewitched Hex is a Heroic custom enchant for axe on Artemis PvP, a Cosmic PvP-style Minecraft Factions server. It goes up to level V and triggers when you hit.

How to get Bewitched Hex
Heroic books cannot be bought at the Enchanter.
The Tinkerer does not take Heroic books.
Heroic books drop from Nether Envoy Soul crates; End Envoy Soul and Heroic crates. The crate rewards that give them: Heroic Enchantment Book, Random 100% Heroic Book, Random Heroic Book.
A Random Heroic Book opens into a Heroic book with a success rate between 5% and 50%; a Random 100% Heroic Book opens at 100%.
Every enchant book shows a success rate and a destroy rate. A book that fails can destroy the item it was dragged onto - a White Scroll stops that: Prevents an item from being destroyed due to a failed Enchantment Book.
Heroic enchants cannot be taken off with a normal Black Scroll.
Bewitched Hex is the Heroic upgrade of Hex: the item needs that enchant first.
