The warzone, the Ruins and the other worlds
A factions server is more than claims in the wild. ArtemisPvP at play.artemispvp.com has a shared warzone where the events and custom mobs are, the Ruins, the Upside Down in the Nether warzone, and 6 warps that take you straight to the main spots - each area with its own mobs and its own reasons to fight.
The warzone
The warzone is the shared PvP area where the events and the custom mobs are, and it is where most of the fighting happens. Explosions are blocked there, so nobody raids in it - you go there to fight, farm and loot, then take what you earned home. It holds 12 kinds of warzone mobs, from the Space Undead to the Space Colossus.
Warps
The 6 warps are spawn, Nether, End, Winter, Desert and Plains. Spawn has the easiest mobs and Winter the hardest, so the warps double as a difficulty ladder: farm near spawn while your gear is weak, move out as it improves.
The Ruins
The Ruins have PvP and PvE areas of their own, Ruins mobs and loot, and Ancient Scrolls. The Ruins mobs climb from the Guardian to the Elite Guardian and the Elder Elite Guardian, and the Leviathan is raised only at its summon block.
The Nether, the Upside Down and the End
The Nether has its own mob roster - the Space Brute, Space Reaver, Space Inferno, Space Devourer and Space Ember - plus the Nether Envoy, the Nether Conquest and a Last Man Standing arena. The Upside Down sits in the Nether warzone, with mobs such as the Inverted Reaper and the Ashen Pyre. The End has the End Envoy, the End Conquest and the third Last Man Standing arena.
Where factions live
Faction land is claimed outside these areas. Explosions are blocked in the Safezone and the Warzone, so bases sit in the wilderness, and land far from your base becomes a Wild Claim that pays Tax Tim $100,000 every 24 hours or breaks. The factions basics page has the claim rules.
Can you raid in the warzone on ArtemisPvP?
No. Explosions are blocked in the Safezone and the Warzone, so raids happen in faction land and the wilderness. The warzone is for fighting, farming and events.
