Where people look for new servers
Most players find a new server on a server list, sorted by newest or by game mode, then check a few on Reddit or YouTube before they join. That is fine for a first look, but a listing only shows a banner and a vote count. Before you spend a season on a factions server, it is worth checking what it actually runs: the version, how raids work, the enchants, the events and the rules.
The guides below do exactly that, one question at a time, with the numbers ArtemisPvP runs today.
Where can I find new Minecraft servers?
Server lists keep a "new" or "recently added" category, and most let you filter by game mode and version. Reddit communities for server hunting and YouTube server showcases are the other common places.
A list tells you a server exists; the server's own site tells you what it runs. ArtemisPvP documents every enchant, event and boss on its wiki.
Is ArtemisPvP free to join?
Yes, joining costs nothing - you need your own Minecraft account. Cracked (non-premium) accounts cannot join.
The ArtemisPvP store is not open yet.
Is ArtemisPvP the same as GSO PvP?
Yes. GSO PvP is now called ArtemisPvP. It is the same server, and the old address play.gsopvp.net still works.
