Weaponsmith Villager in Minecraft: Every Trade

A weaponsmith uses a grindstone as its job block. It buys coal, iron ingots, flint and diamonds, and sells an iron axe, an enchanted iron sword, a bell, an enchanted diamond axe and, at master level, an enchanted diamond sword.

Prices vary with demand, your reputation and the Hero of the Village effect, and items marked with ranges (such as enchanted items) are random. Each level unlocks after enough trades.

How do you get a weaponsmith?

Place a grindstone near an unemployed villager (not a nitwit) and it takes the job. If you have not traded with it yet, breaking the block resets its trades. See villager professions.

What is a weaponsmith best for?

Weaponsmiths are a quick way to get enchanted swords and axes early, and they turn spare flint and iron into emeralds. See sword enchantments.

Any tips for weaponsmith trades?

Reroll a new weaponsmith by breaking its grindstone if you want a different first sword. Cheaper prices: curing zombie villagers. See also grindstones.

Can you trade with players on ArtemisPvP?

Yes: send /trade <player>, and nothing changes hands until you both accept; see Trading.
