Shepherd Villager in Minecraft: Every Trade
A shepherd works at a loom and trades wool and dyes: it buys white, brown, black or gray wool and many dyes, and sells shears, wool and carpets in any color, beds, banners and paintings.

How do you get a shepherd?
Place a loom near an unemployed villager (not a nitwit) and it takes the job. If you have not traded with it yet, breaking the block resets its trades. See villager professions.
