Cartographer Villager in Minecraft: Every Trade
A cartographer uses a cartography table. It buys paper, glass panes and compasses, and sells empty maps, village maps, explorer maps to ocean monuments, trial chambers and woodland mansions, item frames, banners and the globe banner pattern.

How do you get a cartographer?
Place a cartography table near an unemployed villager (not a nitwit) and it takes the job. If you have not traded with it yet, breaking the block resets its trades. See villager professions.
