Jungle Pyramids (Jungle Temples) in Minecraft
Jungle pyramids are mossy cobblestone temples in jungles, with three floors, a lever puzzle and an arrow trap. Solve the puzzle of 3 levers to open a hidden room with one chest, and step over the tripwires in the hallway to reach the other chest safely. Jungle temple chests can hold the Wild armor trim.
How do you solve the lever puzzle?
On the bottom floor are three levers on chiseled stone bricks. The solution: flick the lever furthest from the stairs, then the one closest to the stairs, then flick the closest one back, then the furthest one back; a block on the main floor slides away to show the chest. If the mechanism is broken, you can dig to the hidden chest instead. Pistons: pistons.
How do you avoid the arrow trap?
Down the hall from the puzzle are two tripwires wired to dispensers that hold arrows and are hidden behind vines. Break the tripwire with shears to disarm it without firing, or jump over it, then open the chest at the end. Collect the dispensers and arrows afterwards; see dispensers.
What loot is in a jungle temple?
Two chests with diamonds, emeralds, gold and iron, bamboo, bones, rotten flesh, enchanted books, horse armor and the Wild armor trim template; see armor trims. The dispensers hold 2-14 arrows.
How do you find one?
In jungles (not sparse jungles), and on Java also bamboo jungles. Buy a jungle explorer map from a desert, savanna or swamp cartographer, or use /locate structure minecraft:jungle_pyramid. Biome: jungles.
