Every Potion in Minecraft: Effects and Durations
Minecraft has 20-odd potions. The strong ones last 3:00 (8:00 extended with redstone): Swiftness, Fire Resistance, Night Vision, Strength, Leaping, Water Breathing and Invisibility. Regeneration and Poison last 0:45, Weakness, Slowness and Slow Falling 1:30, and Healing and Harming are instant. Glowstone makes level II at half the time.

What are the Tricky Trials potions?
Four 3:00 potions added in 1.21 that trigger when the drinker dies or is hurt: Infestation (10% chance to spawn 1-3 silverfish when hurt), Oozing (2 slimes on death), Weaving (cobwebs on death and less slowed by webs) and Wind Charging (a wind burst on death). Turtle Master gives Slowness and Resistance for 0:20 (0:40 extended). See Tricky Trials (1.21).
How do you brew them?
Almost every potion starts as a water bottle plus Nether wart (an Awkward potion), then an ingredient (Weakness can also come from a water bottle and a fermented spider eye alone): sugar for Swiftness, blaze powder for Strength, magma cream for Fire Resistance, golden carrot for Night Vision, rabbit's foot for Leaping and so on.
