Minecraft /bossbar Command: Custom Boss Bars
/bossbar (Java only) makes your own boss bars at the top of the screen: /bossbar add mybar "Event", show it with /bossbar set mybar players @a, and set its value, max, color and style. Map makers use them for timers, quest progress and custom bosses. Colors are blue, green, pink, purple, red, white and yellow.

Styles are progress (smooth), notched_6, notched_10, notched_12 and notched_20. The bar's name can be a text component with its own colors, and /bossbar get and /bossbar list show what you have made.
How do you make a countdown timer?
Store a countdown in a scoreboard, then copy it into the bar each tick with /execute store result bossbar mybar value run scoreboard players get timer clock. As the score falls, the bar empties. See /execute and /scoreboard.
Which mobs have real boss bars?
The ender dragon and the Wither show boss bars, and raids show one for the raid's progress. The warden has none. See Minecraft bosses and raids.
Is there /bossbar on Bedrock?
