Bedrock Featured Servers
Featured servers are community Bedrock servers partnered with Mojang Studios and built into the Bedrock server list. On consoles they are the only servers you can join besides Realms.
What are featured servers in Minecraft?
minecraft.wiki describes featured servers as community servers for Bedrock Edition that partner with Mojang Studios and appear in the in-game server list. They run minigames of all sizes, custom maps and spawn hubs, heavily customised with add-ons. They need a Microsoft account, and consoles need a paid online subscription; each server sells its own items in its own section of the Marketplace.
Featured servers were announced on 11 June 2017 with CubeCraft, InPvP, Lifeboat and Mineplex as the first partners.

It also lists featured experiences, servers Mojang promotes (for example with a main menu button) or that recently had a major update: SoulSteel (Noxcrew, 7 October 2025), Mob Maze (Gamemode One, 15 December 2025), GenWars (InPvP, 28 May 2026), OneBlockOnline (InPvP, 23 July 2026), Dimension Clash (Shapescape, 30 July 2026) and Treasure Hunt (Enchanted, 7 August 2026). Skyblock Horizons from Hive Games is planned for 2026. Mineplex was removed on 15 May 2023.
Are featured servers safe for kids?
Each partner uses volunteers to watch for bullying and cheating, and adds its own word filter on top of the game's. At Mojang's request, every official partner removed private messaging (/tell, /msg and /w) so chat can be moderated. Players can add, mute, block and report others from the pause menu.
