How much does a potion of Healing heal?
Healing I restores 4 health (2 hearts) and Healing II restores 8 (4 hearts), instantly.

How much damage does a potion of Harming do?
Harming I deals 6 damage (3 hearts) and Harming II deals 12 (6 hearts). It heals undead mobs instead.

Each level of Strength adds 3 damage to melee attacks, so Strength II adds 6.
