What does each Minecraft mob drop?
Normal drops for each mob in Survival. Looting raises most of these, and many mobs also drop experience.
What does a creeper drop?
Creepers drop 0 to 2 gunpowder. A creeper killed by a skeleton's arrow drops a music disc.

What does a spider drop?
Spiders drop 0 to 2 string and sometimes a spider eye, but only if a player kills them for the eye.

What does an enderman drop?
Endermen drop 0 or 1 ender pearl, plus any block they were carrying.

Small slimes drop 0 to 2 slimeballs. Big and medium slimes split into smaller slimes instead.
