Late-game farms and the mechanic each one relies on. Exact designs differ between Java and Bedrock, so pick one made for your edition.
How do you make a witch farm?
Build around a witch hut in a swamp: witches only spawn on the hut's floor spaces, so platforms there plus a drop give redstone, glowstone and sugar.
How do you make a drowned farm?
Drowned spawn in rivers and oceans in the dark, and around zombies converting underwater. Farms channel them to a kill spot for tridents and copper.

How do you make a magma cube farm?
Magma cubes spawn in basalt deltas and Nether fortresses. Platforms in a basalt delta give magma cream, used for Fire Resistance.

How do you make a wither skeleton farm?
Build platforms inside a Nether fortress's bounding area, so wither skeletons spawn there. They drop coal, bones and the skulls needed for the Wither.

How do you make a shulker farm?
Shulkers can duplicate when hit by shulker bullets in the End. Farms trap a shulker so it duplicates, then collect shells for shulker boxes.

Bring frogs of each color near small magma cubes in the Nether. When a frog eats one, it drops a froglight of its color.
How do you farm turtle scutes?
Breed turtles with seagrass on their home beach. Each baby drops a scute when it grows up.

How do you make a tree farm?
Plant saplings in a grid with space above, or grow giant spruce from four saplings, and use bone meal. Fully automatic tree farms use TNT duplicators on Java.
