How long does copper take to oxidize?
Copper ages slowly through four stages: normal, exposed, weathered and oxidized. It happens at random over many in-game days.

How do you make a copper torch?
Craft a copper nugget, coal or charcoal and a stick in a column. It gives green light and works like a normal torch.
How do you make a copper lantern?
Craft copper nuggets around a copper torch. The lantern oxidizes over time and can be waxed.
How do you make copper bars?
Craft 6 copper ingots in two rows of three to get 16 copper bars. They work like iron bars but oxidize.
How do you make a copper chain?
Craft a copper ingot between two copper nuggets in a column. Copper chains oxidize and can be waxed.
How do you get copper nuggets?
Craft a copper ingot into copper nuggets, or smelt copper tools and armor.
What is a copper golem statue?
When a copper golem fully oxidizes it turns into a statue. Scrape it with an axe to bring it back as a golem, or change its pose by using it.

How good is copper armor?

How do you breathe underwater in Minecraft?
Drink a potion of Water Breathing, wear a turtle shell or a helmet with Respiration, or stay near an active conduit.
Placing a door, sign or fence gate underwater makes a small air pocket you can step into to refill your air.

How do you swim faster in Minecraft?
Use Depth Strider boots, swim next to dolphins for Dolphin's Grace, or ride a nautilus.

How do you see underwater in Minecraft?
Night Vision lights up the water, and Conduit Power from a conduit makes underwater view much clearer. Respiration only helps with air.

How do you get rid of drowned?
Fight them on land or in shallow water where they cannot surround you. Drowned with tridents throw them, so carry a shield.

How do you keep coral alive?
Coral must touch water or it dies within seconds. Place coral blocks and fans underwater, and mine them with Silk Touch to keep them.

How do you get a nautilus to ride?
Feed a nautilus pufferfish until it is tamed (each has a 1 in 3 chance), then put a saddle on it. It swims fast and keeps your air from running out.
